GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

Our Group training sessions are designed to bring energy, motivation, and results in a supportive and empowering environment. Whether you are a beginners, getting back into fitness, or ready to level up your strength and endurance, our sessions are structured to help you stay consistent, challenged, and inspired.

Training in a group creates accountability and community. You are surrounded by like-minded individuals who are working towards their goals, just like you. This positive environment makes every workout fun, engaging, and motivating, when you feel supported, you push harder, stay committed, and achieve better results.

Each class focuses on a combination of
strength training, fat loss, muscle toning, core stability, and functional fitness. Our workouts are designed to burn calories, build lean muscle, and improve your overall health. We use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bends, bodyweight movements, and cardio circuits to keep every session exciting and effective.

All exercises are modified for different fitness levels, so you will never feel left behind. Beginners receive guidance on proper form and technique, while intermediate and advanced participate are challenged with progressions to continue improving. Safety, results, and confidence are our top priorities.

Hi, I’m Rose–I am 42-years-old, a mom and  passionate personal trainer, motivator, and believer that fitness is not about being perfect, it’s about becoming your strongest, healthier, and most confident self.

My journey into fitness started with one simple goal: to feel better, both physically and mentally. Through consistency, discipline, and self-love, I discovered that the power to transform your life already lives within you. Today, I’m here to help you unlock that same power.
